1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

– Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not mandated by UAE law and are subject to the company’s discretion.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

– Timeframe: Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

– Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

– Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items
