1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

– Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a return, exchange, or repair, in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.

– Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not mandated by UAE law and are subject to the company’s discretion.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange

– Timeframe: Requests for return or exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

– Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

– Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

– Items without original packaging or labels.

– Personalized or custom-made products.

4. Refund Policy

– Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

– Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

– Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or a coupon of equivalent value.

5. Exchange Policy

– Size or Color Exchange: Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to product availability and must meet the return conditions outlined above.

– Exchange Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

4. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
